Do you have store hours?
Yes. Please reach out to us to make an appointment to come shop in our store.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. A Coco Baby Gift card is the perfect gift. Gift cards expire within 90 days of purchase. 

Do you offer promo codes?
Yes. Look out for emails containing promo code information. Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We offer gift wrapping and you can select that option at checkout.

Do you offer personalization on any items?
Yes. You can add the special touch with personalizing any item. You can select that option at checkout.

Shipping:

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the US is $6.99

All orders over $100 in the US ship free.

We do ship internationally. Shipping costs vary.

When should I expect to receive my package?
All orders should be received within 5-10 business days. 

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an email once your item has shipped which will include tracking information.

Do you supply return labels?
Yes we do supply labels for US orders. The cost is deducted from the refund.

Do you do deliver locally in Baltimore?
Yes. We deliver for a flat fee of $5.

Can I pickup my order in your store?
Yes. There is an option on the checkout page for free pickup in store.

What happens to lost packages?
Coco Baby will take responsibility for items lost in transit. We are not responsible for items lost after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
