Refund policy

We hope you love all your purchases but in case you don't...you have 14 days from the time you receive your shipment for a store credit. Store credit expires 6 months from the day we receive the return. Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid less shipping charges. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
All blowout sale items are final sale!

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported right away to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to ordersbycoco@gmail.com
At this time we do not supply return labels. Customers pay return shipping cost.
Coco Baby and Accessories reserves the right to refuse a return.

General Shipping in local U.S. Information:
All orders over $75 In Local US has a ship free option but all are welcome to pay for whichever method of shipping preferred.
Shipping Charges go by weight. Free shipping is usually via USPS with tracking. UPS is used on occasion. Items are usually shipped within 2 business days once paid unless special instructions are provided or custom order. (Weather permitting and not including Main/legal holidays)
We are NOT responsible for any items once they ship.
